Our company is commited to our customer's cleaning needs and everything else is secondary.  The company-wide policy of City Floor Care of New York is to make sure that our customers are 100% satisfied with our quality of cleaning as well as our quality of follow-up customer service.

We have a Quality Control representative assigned to each account.  Our quality control representatives are in constant contact with the cleaning staff to make sure that the quality of the cleaning services provided are higher than the industry norm.  The Quality Control Rep is also on call for our clients.  If the client wants to make any schedule changes, needs additional cleaning services or wants to discuss certain aspects of the cleaning services being provided, the client can contact their Quality Control Rep 24 hours per day via email.
